Once deposit is paid, it is not possible to reduce your stay. Unwanted days must be paid for.

Any balance of payment through to the last day of your reserved period is payable upon arrival. Kindly be aware that if circumstances compel you to vacate prior to the last day of your reservation there can be no refund for unused days.

CANCELLATIONS
Our cancellation fee policy is as follows:-

• $20 per villa if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival date.

• Full loss of deposit if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date.

HIGH CHAIRS AND COTS
A high chair and cot can usually be supplied free of charge on request but please indicate your requirements ahead of your arrival.

PETS POLICY
Sorry, no pets are allowed at Denham Villas under any circumstances.
